Services and Safety
Memory care services provide support for people with memory issues and dementia. We have specially trained staff and are designed to meet the social, physical, and safety needs for individuals with cognitive impairment.
Memory Lane operates 3 separate units, with the capacity to serve 74 total residents.
Each has controlled access, and is certified as an Alzheimer’s Special Care Unit (ASCU), including The Terrace – ALF I (located on the 3rd floor of Legacy Heights), The Courtyard – ALF II (located adjacent to Legacy Heights), and The Gardens – ALF II (located adjacent to Legacy Heights).

Resident Services Include
Assistance with Daily Living
We help with the fundamental tasks of everyday life that are progressively affected by the disease. These include personal care activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
Medication Management
We provide personalized support to ensure that each individual receives their medication regimen on a consistent schedule, allowing them to focus on what truly matters – enjoying life and making meaningful connections
Nutritional Dining
Memory Lane residents enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals every day, prepared by a certified dietary manager and approved by a licensed dietician. Nutritious snacks are also provided throughout the day.
Daily Residential Care
Our compassionate housekeeping team offers regular cleaning & laundry services, ensuring an environment that promotes comfort, dignity and respect.
Comprehensive Security
Residents are monitored by around-the-clock trained staff. We also provide controlled access to units, an emergency nurse call system, and monitored common spaces.
Community Spaces
Our thoughtfully designed indoor & outdoor spaces encourage social interaction while ensuring peace of mind, complete with safety surfaces that minimize the risk of injury.
Basic Utilities & Cable
Our all-inclusive care facility ensures that all basic utilities and cable are covered, allowing residents to focus on enjoying their days in a supportive and engaging environment.
Beauty Shop
Our on-site beauty shop services are designed to provide residents with opportunities for self-care, promoting well-being and joy in their daily routines.
Health Assessments
Our healthcare team provides and monitors the health of our residents to ensure each individual receives personalized care that is up-to-date with their unique needs.
Support Group
Join us for our Alzheimer’s support group, held every third Thursday of the month at 2pm, where caregivers and families can come together to share experiences, gain insights, and find comfort in community.

Our Individual Support Plans are tailored to enhance the quality of life for each resident. Our dedicated team takes the time to create personalized care strategies that prioritize dignity, comfort, and engagement.
Safety, Security, and Peace of Mind
We prioritize your loved one’s safety with a range of thoughtfully designed features that create a secure and comforting environment.
Our controlled access ensures only authorized individuals can enter, while an advanced emergency nurse call system offers immediate assistance when needed.
Security cameras monitor common areas for added peace of mind, and our backup generator guarantees continuous power during outages. In addition, our facility is equipped with a comprehensive sprinkler system, smoke detectors, and strategically placed fire pulls and extinguishers for fire safety.
For inclement weather, residents have access to a dedicated safe room, complete with illuminated exit and backup lights, and our handicap-accessible showers and bathrooms accommodate everyone’s needs.
With on-site security personnel during evening hours and a secure outdoor courtyard featuring a safety surface, families can trust that their loved ones are in a secure and nurturing community where they can thrive.
