Meet Our Management Team

Our team at Memory Lane is committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment for all residents. Each member brings unique skills and a passion for enhancing the community experience.

In addition to our executive team, medical team is comprised of a medical director, a pharmacy consultant, a registered dietician, and registered nurses. Our direct care team includes LPNS, CNAs, nursing assistants, and life enrichment assistants.

Holli Willis

Chief Executive Officer

Holli has almost 40 years of experience in healthcare and is a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator. She has served as the CEO of Van Buren Legacy since 2019.

Holli received her bachelor’s degree from Texas State University. She is an active member of her local church. Her community involvement includes the Good Samaritan Clinic, Alzheimer’s Association, Van Buren Chamber and she is currently serving as President of the Senior Care Alliance.

Her goals are to ensure excellent resident and employee satisfaction to make Legacy Heights and Memory Lane the Best Choice for Senior Living. Holli has been resident of the River Valley for nearly three decades and recently moved back to Crawford County, purchasing a home in Dyer. Her favorite things are playing ball and hiking with her two standard poodles and spending time with her husband Dave.

Ladonna Syrock

Administrator

LaDonna serves as our Administrator and has been with Legacy Heights and Memory Lane for over 11 years. Her early career was in the manufacturing industry, and afterwards she went back to school to become a nurse. Her goals are to help our residents have the best day every day and to ensure our families feel comfortable about leaving and trusting Memory Lane with their loved one. 

LaDonna was born and raised in Van Buren, Arkansas. She attended Van Buren High School and received her nursing degree from Arkansas Tech. She loves our community, the people in it and is an excellent leader. You will always find LaDonna interacting with our staff, residents and their families.  

LaDonna’s favorite past time when she is not at work is spending time with her family, especially those who call her Nana.

Patricia Moore

Director of Financial Operations

Patricia was born in Virginia but resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas throughout her adult life.  

Patricia graduated from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Resources. She went on to work in Human Resources for the next 30 years. She advanced her career and has served in Director roles since 2008. Patricia joined Legacy Heights and Memory Lane in 2019 and has multiple responsibilities in her new position as Director of Financial Operations. She is an asset to our residents as well as our employees.  

Patricia has a wonderful vegetable garden each year and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Teresa Thomas

Marketing Liaison

Teresa was born and raised in Kansas and moved to Crawford County when she became an adult. She worked in and had leadership roles in the industrial field and retired after 30 years. She is the youngest of seven children and readily took on the role of taking care of her mother. This is where she developed her passion for elderly. 

Teresa later began working at Memory Lane where she took care of our residents on the Terrace as a Certified Nursing Assistant and moved on to become an activity coordinator. When the position of Marketing Liaison became available the management team wanted Teresa to take that opportunity. She is an integral part of our team and has been with us for almost 12 years. 

Teresa enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as her other passions of traveling, thrifting and loves the outdoors.

Ginger Dye

Nursing Manager

Ginger serves as our Nurse Manager and has been with Legacy Heights and Memory Lane since 2014. She brought lots of experience to the Manager role as she worked as a Charge Nurse on our units for 8 years. Ginger is very compassionate with residents, families and staff and has an uncanny ability to multitask, focus and stay organized. 

She followed in her mother’s footsteps and decided that nursing was her calling. She received her education at Arkansas Tech University and has been in the nursing field for 20 years. In her position as Nurse Manager, she strives to make a positive impact on the care that we provide to help make Memory Lane a place that people would want to work.

Ginger was born in California, but was raised, and spent most of her life in Van Buren. She enjoys anything outdoors; in the summer, you will find her working in her yard or lounging by the pool.

Carolyn Nichols

Activities Director

Carolyn was born in Wichita, Kansas. In 1971, she married Bill. Together they have three daughters, five grandsons, two granddaughters, and three great grandchildren.

Carolyns father was a minister, so she was always going to church. At a young age, the parishioners spoiled her. As she got older, Carolyn became especially fond of her “older” friends. Carolyn has a love for music, she plays the piano and enjoys singing, especially gospel. Carolyn has had a varied career including work in Floral Shops and Optometry offices. She obtained her CNA license and worked in hospitals and in with home health companies.

Twenty years ago, she took a job at an Assisted Living Facility as a CNA and was promoted to  the Activity Director position, where she was there for over nine years. In 2017, Carolyn was hired as the Activity Director for Legacy Heights and Memory Lane. She has trained my whole life for what she does. Carolyn will tell anyone that she loves her job, especially our residents, who she considers her work family.

Daniel Swafford

Facility Operations Director

Daniel serves as the Facility Operations Director, overseeing maintenance, security and transportation. He describes his job as a privilege to serve the residents at Legacy Heights and Memory Lane for over nine years. The residents see Daniel as our “Go to Guy,” for anything requiring attention in their apartment. Resident satisfaction and building security are his number one priority. 

Daniel was born and raised in the River Valley. He has lived in Van Buren since getting married almost 30 years ago. Daniel and his wife, Christi, have three daughters, and they absolutely love spending time as a family exploring our world.

Anna Kosier

Resident Services Manager

Anna is our Resident Services Manager and supervises the housekeeping team. She has been with Legacy Heights and Memory Lane since February of 2013. Anna really enjoys her work and being around all of our residents and staff members. She is our laundry professional and treats all of our residents’ belongings with great care. 

When Anna is not collaborating with our team she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling and being outside.

Trish

Patricia, better known as Trish, has resided in Van Buren for the past 40 years. She is a graduate of Van Buren High School and received her dietary education from the University of Florida receiving her CDM, CFPP in 2019.  

Trish has worked for Van Buren Legacy for a decade and is the Director of our Dietary Department. She works hard to make sure our residents love their meals and also chairs our Food Committee. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
