Memory Lane is an Arkansas State Licensed Assisted Living Facility, with special certification as an Alzheimer’s Special Care Unit. Established in 2009 and located in Van Buren, Arkansas, we are the premier Alzheimer’s & Dementia care community of the Greater Fort Smith region in the River Valley.

The staff from the CNAs, nurses and administrators are terrific and Mom was always well taken care of and loved.
